Order, Shipping, Handling and Return Policy

ORDERS

All prices and availability of the parts and accessories listed on this web site are subject to change without notice. The listing, description of, or reference to, the parts and accessories on this web site doesn’t infer that the parts and accessories are presently available or that we endorse that part or accessory. In the event that My Golf Car Store listed an incorrect price of a part or accessory due to receiving incorrect supplier information or due to a typographical error entered by us we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order made by a buyer, even if the order has been processed and charges to your credit card have been applied. If your credit card was charged for the part or accessory My Golf Car Store can cancel the order and issue the credit to your credit card account in the amount of the initial price billed to your account.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receipt of your order. We reserve the right to provide you, without prior notice, to provide you less than the original quantity ordered of any part or accessory.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS INITIATED BY BUYER

If the Buyer elects to cancel an order after the credit card has been processed there will be a $20.00 bank fee deducted from the original purchase price before a credit will be applied to the appropriate Buyers credit card.


SHIPPING

All shipping rates are based on UPS or Fedex Pricing within the 48 Contiguous States. We recommend utilizing UPS or Fedex Ground Rates to minimize Shipping and Handling costs.  Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and International locations will ship by Air Rates. Rates are determined by the weight and/or size (length/width/height) of the package. All Shipping Rates for parts and accessories for sale are estimates and can change without prior notice.

All products are typically shipped within 72 hours of credit card approval and dependent on your location can take from 1 to 5 days via UPS or Fedex Ground once shipped. If you require expedited shipping please deselect the UPS Ground option and select the desired option from the UPS Rate Table in order to continue the Shopping Cart experience.

The majority of orders will be shipped UPS. If an order is shipped via another carrier we will provide you the identity of that carrier and tracking information via a separate email.


BACK ORDERS OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Due to the fact that Inventory levels can change significantly from day-to-day we cannot guarantee instant availability of those parts and accessories that we sell. In most cases delays may occur as a result of pending shipments in transit to replenish stock or we are seeking feedback from our suppliers for availability.                                                                                 

My Golf Car Store will make every effort to acquire the item as fast as possible. If an item is back ordered we will contact you within 72 hours with an estimated restocking date. If we are unable to ship you the purchased item within 30 days of credit card approval of purchase we will provide you with the option to continue to wait for availability or to cancel your request.

If it is determined that a back ordered item is no longer available we will contact you via email to cancel the request. If an alternative product is available we will provide you that information and you can then place another new request if you desire.


RETURNS

Our goal at My Golf Car Store is to provide you with guaranteed satisfaction. Therefore, you may return any item, other than Custom or Special Order Items, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (less the initial shipping charges and RGA/Call Tag Return charges along with a 15% restocking fee). IF the item is returned and is determined that it can be resold. Original packaging must be returned with the product for a refund. IF it is determined that it can’t be resold as new, refunds may be less than your purchase price or denied in its entirety if not viewed as new by the Shipper.

To begin the process please contact us at CustomerCare@MyGolfCarStore.com providing us with the same information provided on your email sent by us titled “Order Shipped”. We will then provide you with next steps to return the product.

If you are returning only one product of an order that included multiple products then please identify the specific product being returned at CustomerCare@MyGolfCarStore.com . We will then send you a Return Authorization Request Number confirmation to your email address of record that is required to be included in the Return Shipment or the Return Shipment won’t be processed.
                                                                              
Please include your name, address, telephone number, email address and a copy of your invoice along with the Return Authorization Request Number in the package that is returned. Please ship directly to the appropriate Shipper.


DAMAGED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

If you received a damaged or defective item from My Golf Car Store we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective item via UPS Ground or by Air if within Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or International locations.

To begin the process please provide the Order information that was provided in the “Order Shipped” email you received and provide it to CustomerCare@MyGolfCarStore.com  Original packaging is required for a refund. We will provide you with next steps to return the product. We will replace your product without charging you any additional shipping and handling fees. Please return the item and the appropriate personal information to the appropriate Shipper as identified in the Return Section above.
